Take about 2-3 minutes to think back within the last week when you were either in line at the bank, store or a quick serve restaurant. The internet and smart phone aps (such as Luminosity) have provided such good avenues to flex our brains and can be useful in sharpening cognitive and recall skills. The few I have included here lend specifically to recalling the things we glaze over, life that occurs quietly in front of us that we tend to blank out.ĭeveloping our recall and honing are awareness both enrich our connection to the present and strengthens the ability to bring forward that which enhances our creative choices. I am sure there are more than can accurately be counted, as the internet is a finger tap away.
